Campus Notre-Dame-de-Foy – École de mode

Organization

Since 1975

Campus Notre-Dame-de-Foy (CNDF) is a private school located in Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures, a town just outside Quebec City. The college was founded in 1965 thanks to the concerted efforts of five religious communities active in the area. Among its many technical and vocational courses, CNDF has offered a fashion design program since 1975 and another in fashion merchandising since 1989. Both are offered at the school of fashion and lead to a diploma of college studies (DCS).

In addition to its classrooms and design studios, the school of fashion includes a working boutique/laboratory entirely managed by second-year students in the program.

The students take care of purchasing, visual displays, promotion and human resources. They also have access to a photography studio, which enables them to develop various styling and visual production projects.

Along with the courses offered at CNDF, students attend conferences, visit businesses, do internships, and go on trips, notably to New York City.
